“A constellation shifts people's perception of where problems come from and suggests ways to move forward differently, that strengthen and build.” ~ Judith Hemming
Younique Yet Connected is a uniquely South African podcast series that captures the conversations between hosts Nolitha Xozwa Fenton and Kinga Szilagyi around issues of entanglement in the family of origin, present family, or relationship. The podcast seeks to encapsulate the deep-seated issues of the contemporary African that has been a blockage or stumbling block in their personal, relational, business, career, and many other aspects of life.
In every episode, the hosts' conversation will seek to decode family patterns and belief systems using quotes from different Family Constellation authors, and questions sent in by the Younique Yet Connected Podcast's audience. The questions form part of the chosen theme for the episodes.
The intention of the podcast series is to explore solutions that empower the audience to take ownership of their lives and shape their own destinies. At the same time, it also helps heal emotional and mental health issues and satisfies the need for belonging.
